Annie L. Spann Osborne, daughter of Paul and Louise Spann, was born October 6, 1967 in Sumter, South Carolina. She departed this life on Monday, May 11, 2026, peacefully, at her home in Rembert. She attended Sumter County public schools and graduated from Hillcrest High School, Sumter. Annie received her religious training and member ship at Church In The Lord Jesus Christ, Hartsville, South Carolina, under the leadership of Bishop Joe C. Tisdale, Pastor. Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, children, family and a host of other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 P. M., Wednesday, May 20, 2026 in the John Wesley Williams Sr. Memorial Chapel of Williams Funeral Home, Inc., 821 North Main Street, Sumter, with the Rev. Melvin Mack, Officiating. Burial will follow in the Rafting Creek Baptist Church Yard Cemetery, 3860 Highway 261 North, Rembert.
