Eugene McCutchen, son of the late Mary Idell Moore and Freddie McCutchen, was born on March 2, 1964 in Kingstree. He departed this life on December 17, 2025 at Oak Hollow Rehabilitation Center, Sumter. Eugene attended the public school of his community and was a faithful member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Sumter, South Carolina. He was also a member of the Thunder Guard Chapter of Sumter. His memories will be cherished by his sisters and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at 1006 West Lynches River Road, Lamar and 110 King Street, Sumter. Funeral services will be held 12:00 Noon, Saturday, December 27, 2025 in the John Wesley Williams Sr. Memorial Chapel of Williams Funeral Home, Inc., 821 North Main Street, Sumter.
