Anna Porter Long departed this life Monday, October 13, 2025 at Prisma Health Richland Hospital, Columbia, South Carolina. Born in Sumter County on September 21, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Alphonso and Lottie Porter. During her membership at Antioch United Methodist Church, she was a member of the Methodist Women of Faith, the choir, and engaged in many other capacities within the church. She leaves her family, other relatives and friends who will cherished his memories. The family will receive relatives and friends at the home, 5590 Goshen Road, Sumter. Celebration of Life Services will be held 12:00 Noon, Monday, October 20, 2025 at Antioch United Methodist Church, 4040 Dubose Siding Road, Sumter, with the Rev. Franklin Garrett, Pastor. Burial will follow in the Hillside Memorial Park, 2561 Cain’s Mill Road, Sumter.
