Thomasina Shaw Abrams, daughter of the late George and Dinah Jenkins Shaw and the late Lucinda Wilson, was born on May 27, 1935 in Lee County, SC. She departed this life on September 6, 2025 in the comfort of her home. She was the widow of the late Richard “Dick” Abrams. “Mae”, as she was affectionately called, was employed as an LPN at Tuomey Hospital and worked at Campbell Soup Company. She later was employed as a Dietitian at Hopewell Nursing Home. She leaves precious memories to be cherished by her children, other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life Services will be held 2:00 p. m., Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Mt. Olive A. M. E. Church, 2738 Woodrow Road, Woodrow, with the Rev. Dr. R. L. Brown, Pastor and assisted by the Rev. Roland Johnson. Burial will follow in the Colclough Cemetery, DuBose Siding Road, Sumter.
