Barbara Jean Dennis Bowens was born on September 15, to the late Eugene and Sarah Dennis. She passed away June 2, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of unconditional love, warmth, and generosity that touched the lives of all who knew her. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, William Bowens and a host of family members to cherish her legacy and memories. The family will receive relatives and friends at the home, 3675 Emanee Drive, Rembert. Public viewing will be held 10:00 a. m. until 12:00 Noon on Monday, June 9, 2025 follow by Funeral Services at 12:00 Noon in the John Wesley Williams Sr. Memorial Chapel of Williams Funeral Home, Inc., 821 North Main Street, Sumter, SC with Dr. Sarah Marshall, Eulogist, and the Rev. Dr. J. Elbert Williams, Presiding.
