Sandres “Mamalee” Wright, daughter of the late Margaret and Sammie Lee Wright, was born September 12, 1955, in Sumter County, South Carolina. She departed this earthly life on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Prisma Health Toumey Hospital in Sumter, SC. She attended the Public Schools of Sumter County. Her memories will be cherished by her son and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will received relatives and friends at the home, 8075 Ruggs Lake Road, Rembert. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 12:00 noon in the John Wesley Williams, Sr. Memorial Chapel of Williams Funeral Home, Inc., 821 North Main Street, Sumter, with the Rev. Eric Dent, Officiating, Eulogist. Burial will follow in the High Hill AME Church Cemetery, 6780 Meeting House Road, Dalzell.
