With profound sadness, we share the passing of our beloved Tisha Colette Halley, who departed this life on March 28, 2025, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital in Sumter, SC. She entered into this world on February 14, 1974 to her parents, Alice Brooks Drakeford and the late Sam Halley. She leaves a legacy of love and cherished memories to her family and friends. Celebration of Life Services will be held 12:00 Noon, Thursday, April 3, 2025 in the John Wesley Williams Sr. Memorial Chapel of Williams Funeral Home, Inc., 821 North Main Street, Sumter, with the Rev. Lorenzo Dinkins, Officiating.
