Marcus Tyrone Thompson, son of Mary Alice Durant McDuffie and the late Clemendine Tyrone Thompson, was born May 7, 1984. He entered into his eternal rest on March 9, 2025 in Phoenix, AZ. Marcus accepted Christ and was baptized in his teenage years at Joshua Baptist Church, where he was a member of the Jr. Brotherhood, Jr. Choir, and attended church regularly until moving to Phoenix, AZ in 2014. His precious memories will be cherished by his children, family and friends. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p. m., Friday, March 21, 2025 at Joshua Baptist Church, 5200 Live Oak Road, Dalzell, with the Rev. Eugene Dennis, Pastor, and Pastor James P. Durant, Eulogist. Burial will follow in the Joshua Baptist Church Yard Cemetery
