Nancy Ann Jones Lewis, affectionately known as “Ann”, was called to her heavenly home on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, Sumter, SC. Ann was born January 1, 1950 to the late Sargent James Jones and Nancy Williams Jones. She attended the public schools of Sumter County. Shortly after graduating from Lincoln High School with the Class of 1968, she relocated to Manhattan, New York, where she met and married the love of her life, Robert Lewis Sr. Her precious memories will be cherished by her children, family and friends. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p. m., Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Olden Chapel UME Church, 189 Hoyt Street, Sumter, with Elder Joseph Watkins, Officiating, Rev. Dr. J. Elbert Williams, Eulogist. Burial will follow in the Mt. Sinai Presbyterian Church Yard Cemetery, Mayesville.
