On Saturday, January 11, 2025, Shirley A. McCauley departed this earthly life. She was born September 1, 1950 in Brooklyn, NY to the late William and Lula Mae Dixon. She was educated in the public schools in New York. Shirley accepted Christ as her Savior and joined Mt. Olive A. M. E. Church, Woodrow. She leaves to cherish her life a loving family and friends. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A. M, Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Mt. Olive AME Church, 2738 Woodrow Road, Woodrow, with the Rev. Dr. R. L. Brown, Pastor, Eulogist. Burial will follow in the Colclough Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends at the home, 5407 Colclough Plantation Road, Sumter.
