Toshia Denise Abraham, age 49, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at Lexington Medical Center, West Columbia, South Carolina. She was born on March 24, 1975 to her parents, Rosetta Williams and Samuel Spann in Sumter, South Carolina. At an early age, she joined Trinity Missionary Baptist Church where she was baptized. She received her education at St. Jude Catholic School and the public schools of Sumter County, graduating from Sumter High School with the Class of 1995. She later became a certified nursing assistant and medical technician at Covenant Place, where she worked for nearly 30 years. Toshia precious memories will be cherished by her family and a host of friends. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a. m., Wednesday, November 6, 2024 in the John Wesley Williams, Sr. Memorial Chapel of Williams Funeral Home, Inc., 821 North Main Street, Sumter, with the Rev. Jacob McLeod, Eulogist and the Rev. Dr. J. Elbert Williams, Officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillside Memorial Park, 2561 Cains Mill Road, Sumter. The family is receiving relatives and friends at the home, 515 East Charlotte Avenue, Sumter.
