Eartha Williams, affectionately known as “Eark”, was born on February 4, 1960 in Sumter. She departed this earthly life on May 8, 2024. She attended the public schools of Sumter County and was employed at Gold Kist for a few years. Funeral services will be held 2 p. m., Tuesday, May 14, 2024, in the John Wesley Williams Sr. Memorial Chapel of Williams Funeral Home, Inc., 821 North Main Street, Sumter, with the Rev. Ricky Simmons, Officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends at the home, 1009 White Horse Street, Sumter.
