Lloyd McCants, 68, son of Ruth McCants, was born September 27, 1951 in Richmond, Virginia. He departed this earthly life on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at Midlands Health Rehab Facility, Columbia. He attended the public schools of Lee County and graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School, Elliott, with the Class of 1972. He was a lifelong member of Mt. Moriah United Methodist Church, where he served as a member of the United Methodist Men. He leaves to cherish his memories: one uncle, William M. McCants of Mayesville; one aunt, Janie McCants of New Haven, MI; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. The family is requesting no visitors at the home, 1870 Raccoon Road, Mayesville. Graveside Services will be held 11:00 a. m., Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at Mt. Moriah United Methodist Churchyard Cemetery, 1379 Swimming Pen Road, Mayesville.
