Alma Diggs Alston, daughter of the late Gill Levanial Diggs and Rita Dinkins Diggs, was born August 2, 1937 in Rembert, South Carolina. On Sunday, July 6, 2025, Alma departed this earthly life peacefully at home. At an early age, Alma joined Rafting Creek Baptist Church, where she was a dedicated member of the usher board, the Senior Missionary Society, Sunday School Scholar and served on the kitchen staff. She leaves precious memories to be cherished by her family and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the home, 4520 Leslie Drive, Rembert. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Rafting Creek Baptist Church, 3860 Highway 261 North, Rembert with the Rev. Melvin Mack, Pastor. Burial will follow in the Rafting Creek Baptist Church Yard Cemetery.
