Ray Elliott Lee, Jr., 53, son of Ray E. Lee, Sr. and Jackie Moyd Lee, was born October 18, 1968 in Miami, Florida. He departed this earthly life on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 in Cayce. He was educated in the public schools of Dade County, Florida. He enjoyed cooking and spending time with his family. He leaves to cherish his memories: his father, Ray E. Lee, Sr. (Melaine) of Florida; his mother, Jackie M. Lee of Sumter; two daughters, Reginae Elisia Palmore-Lee of Columbia, Ambria Harris of Columbus, Mississippi; two grandchildren of Columbus, Mississippi; two brothers, Elondrus Lee and family of California, Trevor Lee of Florida; three sisters, Nikki L. Lee of Sumter, Callie and Abigail of Florida; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In accord with the COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during all visitations at the home, 114 Anderson Street, Sumter. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a. m., Saturday, April 30, 2022, in the John Wesley Williams, Sr. Memorial Chapel of Williams Funeral Home, Inc., 821 North Main Street, Sumter, with the Bishop Jeffrey Johnson, Eulogist. The procession will leave from the home at 10:30 a. m.
