John (TOT) Ballard, 80, departed this live on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Pocotaligo River Health and Rehab in Manning. Born in Sumter County on September 19, 1941, he was a son of the late Isaac White and Daisy Ballard. He was educated in the public schools of Sumter County. He leaves to cherish his memory a host of relatives and friends. In accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines, the family is requesting no visitation at the home. The procession will leave the home at 9:20 p. m. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a. m., Monday, February 21, 2022 in the John Wesley Williams, Sr. Memorial Chapel, Williams Funeral Home, Inc., 821 North Main Street, Sumter, with Minister Marcus Martin, officiating.
