Lee Vernon McFadden, Jr., 27, gained his wings on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 in Baltimore, MD. Born November 27, 1991, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Lee McFadden, Sr. and Rosa Mary Armstrong. He was educated in the public schools of Baltimore City and a graduate of North Western High School. He also did further studies in engineering from Baltimore Community College. He is survived by: his father, Lee McFadden, Sr., and stepmother, Landa McFadden of Sumter; his mother, Rosa Mary Armstrong of Baltimore, MD; siblings, Sederick McKnight, Aliaya McFadden, Destiny McFadden of Sumter, SSGT Ricky Montgomery of Fayetteville, NC; his paternal grandmother, Daisy K. McFadden of Sumter; maternal grandmother, Henrietta Armstrong of Baltimore, MD; a host of aunts, uncles, one nephew, cousins and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at 712 Meadow Circle, Sumter. Memorial services will be held today, April 26, 2019 - 7:30 p. m. at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 732 Branch Street, Sumter with the Rev. Harry Clark, pastor, eulogist.
