Rena Dinkins Stuckey, 86, was called to eternal rest on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Palmetto Health Tuomey Hospital, Sumter. Born March 26, 1932, in Sumter County, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Carnelia Parker Dinkins. She was educated in the Sumter County Public Schools. Her spiritual guidance began at Mt. Roberta Wilson and Mary Jane Halley, both of Dalzell; two daughter, Jeannie S. Williams of Bishopville and Wilhelmina (Jimmie) Wactor of Dalzell; one son, Jimmie Lee (Belice) Stuckey of College Park, GA; daughter-in-law, Willie Mae Bradford; two granddaughters, Tifphane (Israel) Hickmon of Camden and Chanel Buckner of College Park, GA; five grandsons, Quade and Jaylan Wactor of Dalzell, DeAndre, Khalil and Leshaun Stuckey of College Park, GA; nine great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family is receiving relatives and friends at the home, 296 St. Phillips Road, Dalzell. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 17, 2018 at 12 noon from the New Haven United Methodist Church, 3159 Red Hill Road, Bishopville, with the Rev. Blondell S. Miller, pastor, eulogist. The Remains will be placed in the church at 11a. m. The funeral procession will leave from the home at 11:20 a. m.
