Timothy Cain, Jr., 67, peacefully transitioned on Friday, January 1, 2021 at the home of his sister in Columbia. Born August 18, 1953 in Sumter County, he was the son of Timothy Butler Cain, Sr. and Sallie Mae Taylor Cain. He is survived by: his father, Timothy Butler Cain, Sr. of Sumter; two sisters, Catherine T. Cain of Columbia and Linda Cain of Fort Myers, FLA; one brother, Timothy D. Cain (Tanya) of Lansdowne, PA; two nieces; one nephew; one grandniece; and a host of other relatives and friends. In accordance with the COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting no visitation at the home. Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon, Wednesday, January 13, 2021 in the John Wesley Williams Sr. Memorial Chapel of Williams Funeral Home, Inc., 821 North Main Street, Sumter.
